- Yeast killer- 2 capsules, first thing in the morning, on empty stomach
- 4 billion CFUs of a multi-strain, high-quality probiotic, gradually increasing CFUs (1 hr after yeast killer)
- 8oz homemade juice, half greens (kale, celery, cabbage, cucumber, etc) and half carrot (30 mins after probees
- Breakfast, broth with plenty of fat, veggies drizzled with olive oil, sauerkraut, avocado, and some meat (5 drops oil of oregano right before eating)
- Supplements after breakfast: calcium, magnesium, DHA (vitamin A), Alpha-Lipoic Acid, L-Taurine, and Lymph Detox
- Sometime during the day: Red Clover Burdock tea for bowel regularity, 10 sprays of homeopathic allergy spray twice
- One piece of fruit between lunch and dinner
- Lunch: Same as breakfast with some variety, she LOVES peas!
- Supplements: Lymph Detox, cytozyme-THY
- 2nd juice, 2 hours after meal, 30 mins before eating
- Dinner: Same as lunch with some variation in meat, veggies, etc. (takes Gastro-zyme with dinner)
- Supplements: calcium, magnesium, alpha-lipoic acid, L-taurine, herbal supp for her skin, cytozyme-THY and lymph detox
- Some foods: roasted or boiled meats, rich broths, veggies (stir-fried or steamed), butternut squash soup, "mashed potatoes" made from pureed cauliflower, split pea soup, almond butter, coconut and olive oil, zucchini chips, and more!
- Yeast killer 2 hours after dinner
- Enemas, as needed
- Chiropractor once a week
- Muscle Tester every 3 weeks
- Started adding Tbspn of aloe vera juice to her green drinks. I will gradually increase it.
As of 11/7/11:
Oil of Oregano - 5 drops
Cyto-zyme THY - 3 tablet, 2x day
Hydro-zyme (enzymes, HCl) 1 with each meal
Magnesium 200mg per day
Probiotics - 5 billion CFUs and gradually increasing
Enema - one warm salt water enema per day
Food- Broth, meat, fat, veggies, sauerkraut juice
*She is back on the GAPS Intro Diet this week. We will progress very gradually and methodically. I will keep you updated! We are looking forward to deeper healing this time.
As of 11/16/11:
Same as above, but have added:
~ Vitamin D3
~ 7 billion CFUs of probiotic and gradually increasing
~ a pinch of Saccharomyces Boulardii
~ 3 drops of fermented cod liver oil and gradually increasing
~ warm water enema only as needed
~ food: ghee and honey added
As of 11/24/11 (Same as 11/7 and 11/16, but have added:)
~ L-Glutamine, morning and evening
~ ADHS (supplement to help stablilize hormones)
~ probiotic enema if needed
~ few pinches of S. Boulardii
